Built for city access.

Wilmington is the hardest city in Delaware to haul out of, and that's exactly why we're good at it. The row homes off Union Street, through Little Italy and up into the Highlands were built long before anyone thought about getting a sleeper sofa back down again. Narrow stairwells, tight landings, doors that open the wrong way. We walk the carry-out before we touch anything, then pad the banister and the door frames on the way through.

The housing stock here is old and it turns over fast. We run a steady line of tenant turnovers around Trolley Square, Forty Acres and Cool Spring, basement and attic clearouts in century-old houses where the stairs are stone and steep, and estate work up through Brandywine Hundred and Westover Hills where the driveways are long and the neighbors notice everything. We're just as often south of the city in New Castle and Minquadale.

Wilmington also sends us more commercial work than anywhere else in Delaware. Office suites downtown and along the Riverfront, law and medical practices swapping out furniture, back-of-house and warehouse clearouts. If your building needs us on a loading dock slot or after the close of business, say so on the estimate and we'll schedule around it.

We're family-owned, based in Middletown, licensed and insured, and we're in Wilmington constantly. Crews run six days a week, Monday through Saturday, and you can book online any day.

Shawn and Brian did a great job removing my 20-year-old hot tub. Speedy and complete cleanup. I'll definitely call them again for junk removal.

Sensitive to our tight schedule and arrived at the early side of the time window. They got a heavy treadmill down 2 flights of narrow stairs no problem, and took an additional item at no extra cost. We'd use them again!

What an amazing group. Called in the morning and Bobby had one of his team out the same day to take a look. They gave a reasonable estimate and got right to work. Most definitely the best in Delaware.

The stuff people actually ask.

Our minimum is $199, which covers a single couch or a small pile. Above that the price scales with volume and labor, and stairs count as labor: a third-floor walk-up on Delaware Avenue is more work than a curbside pickup in Brandywine Hundred, and the quote reflects that. Estimates are free and on-site, and you get a flat number before we start. No hourly meter, no surprise line at the end.
Often, yes. Wilmington is close enough to our routes that we can usually work a job in, but same-day slots fill early, so call (302) 532-1186 in the morning rather than the afternoon. Our crews run six days a week, Monday through Saturday, and you can book online any day of the week.
That's the whole job. Tight Wilmington row-home stairwells, two-flight walk-ups, turning landings, stone basement steps: we plan the carry-out before we start and pad what needs padding. If something genuinely won't make the turn, we'll say so at the estimate instead of finding out halfway down with your wall in the way.
Most downtown jobs work fine off the street or the back alley, and we're used to loading in tight spots without blocking a block. If your street is metered or too narrow to work safely, a reserved space has to be requested from the City of Wilmington by the property owner or building management, not by us. Mention the block at your estimate and we'll tell you whether we think you need one, then schedule around it.
Furniture and mattresses, appliances, hot tubs, treadmills and gym equipment, full basement, attic and garage cleanouts, tenant leave-behinds, construction and renovation debris, yard waste, and office furniture and cubicles. What we can't take is hazardous material: paint, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos. If you're unsure, send a photo and we'll tell you straight.
Yes, and Wilmington is where most of that work is. Office suites downtown and on the Riverfront, medical and law practices replacing furniture, retail and restaurant clearouts, and property managers turning units over. We're licensed and insured, we can provide a certificate of insurance for building management, and we can work after hours or in a booked freight elevator slot.

All over Delaware.
