Light Demolition in Delaware.
Sheds, decks, playsets, hot tubs and old flooring. We take it apart, load every piece, and haul it away in the same visit.
Take it apart. Haul it out.
Light demolition is the part of the job before the hauling. Something is still standing, or still screwed down, and it has to come apart before it can go on the trailer. We bring the saws, the pry bars and enough hands to take it down on site, then we load it and take it away. Same crew, usually the same visit.
This is work on the things around a house, not the house itself. We take down sheds, decks, playsets, ramps and hot tubs, and we pull up old flooring. Whole buildings, load-bearing walls and anything with asbestos need a licensed demolition or abatement contractor, and we will tell you at the estimate if your job is one of those.
In September 2026 we took out the remaining section of a ramp at a Dover home and hauled off the old decking with it. The same week we took down an old shed in Newark and hauled it away. The week before, we took down two sheds for a Wilmington homeowner.
- Sheds, wood and metal
- Decks and railings
- Playsets and swing sets
- Hot tubs
- Ramps
- Old flooring
- Hauling every piece away
Three steps. That's it.
Transparent pricing, no surprises.
Demolition is priced on what it takes: the size of the structure, what it is made of, and how hard it is to reach. A small playset in an open yard is quick. A deck built onto the back of the house is more work. We look at it and give you a flat price before anything comes apart.
Our minimum is $199, and the price scales from there based on volume and labor. The estimate is always free.
